Teach, show and help you express your emotions in your own way. Teach, show and help you work out your own solutions to problems. Teach, show and help you accept what cannot be changed. Teach, show, help, and support you and your relationships. Use a variety of techniques to help you explore what is truly important to you."

Weekly for Six Weeks
These powerful sessions are designed for very rapid change and transformation.
This expanded time period and the consistency of working with the same group allows for deep insight, realization, breakthrough and new clarity and perceptions that often only come within the dynamic of group.
There are a variety of exercises assigned, read materials, personal reflection and meditation, time in nature, all of which enhance and deepen the healing experience.
Generally, the groups are small in size, numbering 6 to 14 people. The curriculum is customized to each individual group.
